What is Fireside?
Fireside is an early-stage prototype exploring a simple but ambitious idea:
Can people use a digital platform to better articulate, examine, and re-frame complex business challenges?
Rather than replacing consultants, peer groups, or masterminds, Fireside aims to sit alongside them: offering an additional space where users can surface their thinking, pressure-test assumptions, and encounter alternative perspectives.
What Fireside Is (and Isn’t)
Fireside is:
- A space to explain a business problem, opportunity, or conundrum
- A way to explore that input through multiple lenses and modalities
- A tool to prompt reflection, questioning, and reframing
Fireside is not:
- A solution engine
- A “tell me what to do” system
- A replacement for human expertise
Its purpose is not to provide answers, but to help you think better about the question. We are a human first class platform with technology providing assistance to help you think differently.
How It Works
You describe your situation in your own words.
The platform processes that input and presents alternative ways of engaging with it, such as:
- Reflective prompts
- Structured reframing
- Narrative or conversational perspectives
- Suggestions for deeper exploration (for example, discussion, podcast-style reflection, or peer conversation)
The goal is to help you see your challenge from angles you may not have previously considered.
What We’re Testing Right Now
At this stage, we are not testing commercial viability.
Our primary questions are:
- Do users find the perspectives useful?
- Does the platform help people think differently?
- Do users return to develop their thinking over time, or is it a one-off experience?
Alongside this, we are capturing technical usage data to understand machine learning processing patterns and infrastructure costs, so we can model what scale might look like in the future.
Early Prototype Notice
Fireside is currently an early prototype.
- Design is intentionally minimal
- Visual polish is not the priority
- Functionality and process clarity come first
If something feels rough around the edges, that is expected.
Data & Infrastructure
The platform currently uses multiple external API endpoints for processing.
Some data is therefore shared with these services.
Over time, elements of the system may move to private, networked infrastructure so that processing remains fully within Fireside’s own environment.
We’d Love Your Feedback
In particular:
- Is the platform clear?
- Is it intuitive to use?
- Did it help you approach your conundrum differently?
We’re also actively debating language, tone, calls-to-action, and colour palette — feedback here is very welcome.
While core processes are reasonably established, we remain open to improving them.
A Final Note
We recognise that meaningful feedback on something like this takes time and reflection.
That’s why we’ve only shared Fireside with trusted colleagues, people with sound business practices, strong judgement, and the ability to challenge assumptions.
Your input directly shapes what Fireside becomes.
